JUNIOR GRAPHIC ARTIST/DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Position No. 27-11
Atlantis Systems International is currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Graphic Artist. This position is for a two-month assignment from July until September.
Working with the support and supervision of a small graphics team, the successful candidate will be involved in:
- The creation and editing of interactive media used in on-line training applications.
- The creation of still graphics and animations.
- Editing of existing media.
- Editing of photos.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Enrollment or recent graduation from a post –secondary Digital Media Arts College program.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Flash and Adobe Photoshop in a Windows environment.
- Willingness to work with technical subject matter.
- The ability to adhere to strict guidelines and established practices.
- The ability to handle multiple assignments and maintain priorities.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to manipulate existing 3D models (in 3D Studio Max) would be considered an asset, but not essential. Candidates would be required to provide samples of their work.
