Mr. Day has more than 22 years business experience in building companies and has driven two successful corporate turnarounds in the telecommunications and software development sectors. He began his career in Commercial Banking (Commercial level deals) with Scotiabank, before moving to Sharwood and Company as a Vice President, Investment Banking. From 1996 to 1999, as President and CEO of Qnetix Inc., he took an insolvent entity and led the company to record growth and profitability and completed a public issuer status. |

This was followed by Daedalian eSolutions, where as Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Delivery, he led the successful revitalization and growth that culminated in the eventual sale to TELUS in 2001. He then initiated and directed the functional integration of Daedalian into TELUS as Director Sales Solutions. While at TELUS, he was seconded to complete a business overhaul of a strategic new technology that culminated in the successful product launch. In early 2004, having fulfilled his contractual obligations to TELUS, Mr. Day identified a compelling market opportunity in Atlantis Systems, a simulation based training company, focused on the military sector. He successfully structured a takeover bid, and raised $6 million in equity and converted $4 million in debt into equity to take a controlling stake in the Company, under difficult circumstances as a signed competing offer was in play. In May 2004, Mr. Day was made a Special Consultant to the Board of Directors of Atlantis, and in July 2004 he was appointed President and CEO. Mr. Day has been a guest speaker and presenter at various conferences including Knowledge Management Forum, at OISE, University of Toronto Institute for Knowledge Innovation and Technology, IBM Global Services Partners Conference, Project World, and the Life Insurance Underwriters Association, as well as a regular monthly guest on CityTV and CP24 live technology telecast. He is Director of the Board of Atlantis Systems Corporation, Temple and Temple Tours, and Softcare Institute and has served on several private and public issuers. |

Blake Melnick joined Atlantis Systems International in the fall of 2004, as Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer. His background is in computer applications, education and business with specific expertise in knowledge management, e-learning, organizational development, change management, training and learning. Prior to joining Atlantis, helped to found the Institute for Knowledge Innovation and Technology at the University of Toronto and served as its Head of External Relations and Workplace Research As well, Blake served as President and Chief Knowledge Officer for a private consulting firm specializing in Web-based communications. Blake has spent the past 16 years providing expert advice to businesses and educational institutions around the world in the development and implementation of technology supported learning environments, training, and professional development programs. |

Alex has over 22 years experience as a general manager in technology development, technology services, and human resources sectors. Alex began his career in the Canadian telecommunications sector in marketing for Northern Telecom and Unitel (now Allstream). He developed new markets in technology services and consulting, and led the sales force training for numerous new service offerings. |

With the advent of free competition in the telecommunications market, Alex co-founded a domestic and then an international long distance phone company. In both cases, as COO, he was accountable for sales, customer service, fulfillment and technical operations. Alex developed and oversaw the management of a network of 12 international sales agencies spanning all time zones and representing over 15,000 individual business customers. Alex was Group Director, Technology, for Interactive Media Group (now Lavalife). During this tenure, the service was expanded from telephone based services to a full featured web-based offering, supporting customers in 30+ cities on two continents. Alex led a group of multi-disciplinary technology teams that included application development and testing, 7/24 operations, network and hardware planning, as well as IT infrastructure and project management. Following this, Alex joined Knightsbridge Human Capital Management as CIO to establish and develop a multi-business unit structure to support the industry consolidation that the company embarked on. Following the successful integration and standardization of the back end business processes of five separate HR companies, Alex took on the role of Managing Director of CAREERcapital – a wholly owned subsidiary of Knightsbridge. This service launched the company’s first recurring revenue business line with a high-touch training service combined with a scalable e-learning portal. During this time, Alex led the sales, business development, marketing, and product design efforts of the company, specifically targeting university and college markets. Alex joined Atlantis in July 2007 and is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities of the Atlantis business units. |

Chris Lewis, P. Eng. Vice President, Training Systems |

Mr. Lewis joined Atlantis in June, 1990. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1988 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Engineering Science (Aerospace), and is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.). He also has five years experience as a military combat engineer. He began his career with Atlantis as a simulation designer, and has 10 years of development engineering and management experience on both commercial and military training programs. He has been a director with Atlantis for the last five years, serving as the Director of Program Management and the Director of Engineering. Mr. Lewis led the company's successful bid for the Contracted Flying Training and Support (CFTS) program as part of the Allied Wings consortium. As the Vice President of Advanced Programs, Mr. Lewis is responsible for the pursuit and capture of tier-2 integrated systems business.

Victor Alksnis, P. Eng. Vice President, Quality Services |

Mr. Alksnis joined Atlantis in February 1994 as a Simulation Designer modelling aircraft systems for platforms such as the Boeing 737 and US Air Force F-15. In 1995, he became a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. By 1999 he had assumed responsibility for the entire Quality Assurance function, including Configuration Management. In 2002, he became the Director of Quality Services. Victor led the efforts to achieve registration of Atlantis’ quality management system to the industry standards of ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2001. He also led the efforts to achieve approval of Atlantis’ quality management system by major aerospace companies such as Boeing, Rockwell Collins, and Westland Helicopters Limited. Victor graduated from the University of Toronto in 1990 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Engineering Science (Aerospace). He currently works out of our headquarters in Brampton. |
